What to include

To help us help you faster, please include your app version, your device and OS version, what you were doing, and what happened.

Response expectation

We aim to reply within two working days. Keep This For Me is a small team, so please bear with us during busy periods.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Your data rights

To request access to your data, ask us to erase it, or ask for a copy in a usable format, email us at the address above or use the in-app controls. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail of your rights.
