The service

Keep This For Me lets you capture documents, have the useful information read out of them automatically, and find them again later.

Accuracy

Automated extraction is best-effort and may be wrong. You remain responsible for your original documents, and for checking anything that matters — a bill, an appointment, a legal deadline — against the original before you rely on it.

Your account

You must be 18 or over to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

You may not upload content you do not have the right to share, use the service to break the law, or attempt to interfere with or reverse-engineer the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. We only use it to provide the service to you — to extract information, store it, and show it back to you. When you delete a document or your account, it is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We do not guarantee the service will always be available, and it may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued.

Ending your account

You can end your account at any time in the app. We may also suspend or end an account that breaches these terms. Either way, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including loss arising from an extraction being inaccurate.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

When we make a substantive change to these terms, we update the version identifier printed in the footer below and the effective date.
